1. Formulation of PoSH policy.
2. Fostering with posters on PoSH to display at prominent places within the organisation.
3. Assisting in Constitution of Internal Committee (IC) to address the sexual harassment complaints (compulsory if organisation employs 10 or more workers).
4. Sensitise all employees with provisions of law, through online or classroom training and awareness programmes.
